Third GOP Presidential Debate Set For Wednesday Nov. 8
As the political climate heats up, all eyes turn to Miami for the third GOP debate scheduled for Wednesday at 6 p.m. Arizona time. Broadcasted by NBC, this pivotal event will unfold at the Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts, a venue that sits at the core of downtown Miami and boasts a capacity of 2,400 attendees.
The stage will host a lineup of five Republican presidential candidates, confirmed by the Republican National Committee. The roster includes Former New Jersey Governor Chris Christie, Florida’s own Governor Ron DeSantis, Former South Carolina Governor and U.N. Ambassador Nikki Haley, businessman Vivek Ramaswamy, and South Carolina Senator Tim Scott.
Former President Donald Trump will not participate, mirroring his absence in the year's previous GOP debates. Instead, Trump is set to headline his own rally at 5 p.m. Arizona time, just an hour before the debate begins. His event will take place at Ted Hendricks Stadium at Henry Milander Park in Hialeah, a mere 11 miles from the official debate location.
The NBC News Republican Primary Debate will also feature a partnership with Salem Radio Network and the Republican Jewish Coalition. For those unable to attend, the debate will be streamed live on NBCNews.com and Rumble, ensuring widespread accessibility. Moderation duties will be handled by "Meet the Press" moderator Kristen Welker, "NBC Nightly News" anchor Lester Holt, and radio host Hugh Hewitt, promising a night of engaging political discourse.
